Nicole is the Queen of the Floor! She can’t wait to roll around with you and pass on all her tips and tricks!
Class will start with a 15 min warm up, she will lead you through transitions to and from floor and each class will have a different choreography style to it. Some weeks Nicole will offer a shuffle play style class, where you choose your own timing, and try the choreo to multiple different songs, and sometimes the choreo will be more structured.

Each week will get more challenging physically. Starting off with more beginner moves and transitioning to more advanced moves throughout the weeks. Pleasers are recommended for this class if you have them, but any heel will work. Knee pads are going to be your best friend for this series.

Class will run Tuesday nights for 4 weeks from 7-8:15pm at Sweat Studios at 529 Lawrence Ave. July 16 - August 6
