In this class Tina will first take you through a warm up, then teach you her latest choreography “Shoop” by Salt n’ Pepa. This class is a beginner-intermediate level. Anybody can take this class. You will be provided a password and link to a private vimeo video. From there you can pause, rewind and do the choreography over and over. The video is just over 30 minutes, but you can learn the choreography at your own pace. There is no limit on how many times you can access the video. You can do this piece in sneakers or heels.
