Shuffle Play with Tina - July 3

Service Description

This is Tina's favourite class to teach! A true "chose your own adventure" style class. Tina will lead you through a pattern of movements, mostly on the floor that you will have the opportunity to dance to a variety of songs of all genres. This class is perfect for all levels, as it is very easy to make more challenging or simplify. Wear non-marking heels and knee pads and bring water.
