Get back to Kayla's roots. No Heels, this class will explore sensual movement without the prop we very much rely on to make things sexy...... We likely be rolling around on the floor by the end of the choreo, if not sooner, so knee pads, or knee coverings are ideal. Technical training is an asset but not a requirement for this workshop. Bring water, socks or knee pads 7 - 8:30pm
