Penticton! We are thrilled to be welcoming you back to our 7th performance series in the South Okanagan! This season we are back performing in Penticton at the Tempest Theatre on April 17 + 18. This 13 week session we are going Glam for Red Carpet Rewind! This series celebrates the kind of performances that live rent-free in our heads. Think VMAs jaw-droppers, Super Bowl showstoppers, Broadway legends, and those theatrical pop moments that broke the internet before “the internet” was even a thing. We will be pulling inspiration from an iconic stage numbers and translate its spirit into accessible, student-centered choreography. Dancers of all levels and backgrounds are welcome to join us, but there is a commitment needed for those expecting to perform in the showcase on April 17 + 18. Contract, rehearsal dates etc. are given out before the first day of practice. Your rehearsal times will be determined by dance experience, please give us as much info as you can if you have not danced with us before, and we may reach out and ask some questions. Your rehearsal days will likely be Thursday evenings, however if we have a huge influx of dancers we will let you know if a third level is added. Details will be emailed out a week before the session starts. If you have questions prior please email us at Tina@femmefataledance.com or include them in your registration and we will get back to you. To practice in the studio you will need “non-marking” heels. If you do not have any you will need to order them before class starts. In your confirmation email shoe sites + discounts will be included. Payment plans available.
